Assaulting hospital staff in Coudersport, Meth bust in Hornell
Trouble at UPMC Coudersport
A man is facing multiple misdemeanor charges after he allegedly harassed and assaulted staff at UPMC Coudersport last month. 44-year-old Joshua Levin of Genesee, was arrested by Pennsylvania State Police after a report of a patient acting aggressively toward staff. Police said that Levin disobeyed orders and resisted arrest when they arrived. He was charged with one felony count and multiple misdemeanors. Levin was denied bail and taken to the Potter County Jail. The investigation into the incident is closed, said State Police.
Wellsville duo had 48 bags of methamphetamine in Hornell
Hornell Police charged Jacob Clark, 40, of Wellsville, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree, and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia, in the 2nd Degree. Also, Robyn Hitchcock, 40, of Wellsville, a passenger in Clark’s car, is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5th Degree. Hornell Police say, there were 48 bags of Methamphetamines, inside the vehicle that Clark was driving. Recently, Hornell Police also charged Gerald Keech, 25, Bolivar, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and Corey Bilby, 34, Olean, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.
