The Allegany County Department of Health is offering COVID-19 Pfizer pediatric dose vaccines for ages 5-11 only. Please bring your child’s insurance card and proof of age (school ID, birth certificate, etc.). Parent or guardian must be present.
Call your child’s healthcare provider with questions about COVID-19 vaccine or to schedule an appointment in their office. Parents that cannot make it to the night assigned to your child’s school district should check the other clinic dates for an available appointment. Let’s keep our students healthy and in school.
