Felony vehicular assault after August crash in Clarksville

A serious vehicle crash in the town of Clarksville August 27th has now resulted in felony and lesser charges filed against a 36-year-old Bolivar woman. Amity-based State Police arrested Heather L. Clark. She was charged with felony second-degree vehicular assault involving injury and the misdemeanor crimes of operating while impaired by drugs and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Clark will answer the charges in Clarksville court at a later date. 

According to Solomons Words reporting on August 29th, 2021:

Fire Police closed SR 305 while crew extricated patients and transported to the landing zones. Clarksville  LT has LZ command at our Fireman’s Park, Cuba 1 had their LZ command behind Cuba Cheese. In all, 2 patients were flown to trauma centers and 1 by Ambulance to a local hospital.
