V-Ry The Sports Guy: Bills Top AFC East, Josh Allen Offensive MVP

The Bills continued their winning ways against Washington on Sunday en route to a 43-21 victory. The offense was nearly unstoppable against a very talented Washington defense. Offensive coordinator Brian Daboll called a nearly flawless game, putting his players in position to succeed on every down. The defense had another strong outing proving why they’re one of the best units through the first three contests.

Quarterback Josh Allen had a very impressive game with five total touchdowns and an almost 75% completion rate. Wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders had almost 100 yards receiving and two touchdowns.Linebacker Matt Milano continued his stellar play once again proving why he’s currently the highest rated linebacker in the league according to Pro Football Focus. Safeties Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer were all over the field with both defenders recording an interception.

The Bills are now 2-1 and firmly in first place in the AFC East. The team is universal ranked in the top five in this weeks power rankings often claiming the top position. The Bills next game is home against the Houston Texans.
