From Staff Reports, 9/28/21, All accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
Saturday September 25th
An Andover NY man was arrested by troopers on multiple charges early Saturday morning in Wellsville. Jeramia C. English, 25, was arrested for crimes ranging from assault to theft by state police reporting from both the Olean and Amity barracks. The crime spree resulted in the following charges against English:

PL 145.00 A M CRIMINAL MISCHIEF-4TH 1
PL 165.05 01 A M UNAUTH USE VEH:W/O OWNER CNSNT 1
PL 195.05 A M OBSTRUCT GOVERNMENTL ADMIN-2ND 1
PL 165.40 A M CRIM POSSESSION STOLN PROP-5TH 1
On top of those charges, the Wellsville Police Department handed English three tickets, charging him with Menacing 3rd, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd.
English was NOT released on bail and was held pending court action. The Wellsville Sun has included the name of the accused due to the unusual bevy of charges and the serious nature of the crimes.
