The third Saturday in September (9/18) will be a busy time in Angelica. Here’s the schedule:
COMMUNITY LAWN SALES – All Day – Map of sale locations available at Main Street shops & Booster Citizens’ tent at Farmers’ Market.
FARMERS’ MARKET – Park Circle, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Produce and other market products. Live music in the bandstand. Yard sale space available in the park as well. Contact Ron Cobin, market manager, 585-596-9449.
CRAFT & VENDOR SHOW – Fire Hall, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Basket auction. Local craft & direct sales vendors. Gun raffle. Lunch special & more. Benefit Angelica Hose Co. No. 1.
CUB SCOUT CHICKEN BBQ – Methodist Church, Noon. $10 & $6, drive-thru only.
CROQUET CLINIC – Park Circle – Sunday, Sept. 19, 1 – 5 p.m. Basic training in “Our Grandfathers’ Game,” under guidance of experienced local roquers, followed by game for beginners. Open-to-all. No ball, no mallet? No problem, equipment provided.
