Kristin began her employment at Walker Business in 2014 as a Business Representative in our Olean Office. Her main duties were interviewing and placing applicants in temporary and direct placement assignments. As her knowledge of the business grew and more duties were assigned to her, her role then changed to Payroll & Benefits Administrator then Operations Manager.
Kristin has proven to be a good leader, takes on more management duties, and is never afraid of a challenge. Voni Walker, President of Walker Business stated, it is because of these qualities and many more I am proud to announce her promotion to Director of Business Operations.
