The Alma Vol. Fire Company #1 Inc. is soliciting sealed bids for a remodeling project of our meeting room and stairway. The Fire Station is located at 5778 County Road 18 in the Hamlet of Alma, NY. A MANDATORY pre-bid walk-through inspection will be made available by calling Mike at (585)-593-4412 (to set up appointment). The project scope will be given to interested bidders at their walk-through. A current and valid contractors’ certificate of insurance MUST accompany each bid. Alma Vol. Fire Company #1 Inc. will provide a Tax-Exempt Certificate to the successful bidder.
The Alma Vol. Fire Company #1 Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as it may determine to be in the best interest of the Fire Company. Bids must be submitted on or before July 12, 2021, at 6:00pm local time.
Bids will then be opened at our next regularly scheduled meeting and bidders will be offered the opportunity to review any bids presented for a period of Thirty (30) days after opening. This project has been approved, pending the bid outcome, by our Board of Trustees, Officers, and members of the department.
