“His goal is to serve the people of Allegany County and of course the 23rd Congressional district”
An Opinion by Burton Stein, Almond NY
I have never seen so much excitement over a congressional candidate as their is over Aaron Gies for congress. Sure he is a democrat and democrats are in a minority in these parts, but I’ve watched and participated in his campaign over the last few months and he is steadily winning over democrats, many independents, and even republicans.
After listening to him speak and answer questions you will be assured that his goal is to serve the people of Allegany County and of course the 23rd Congressional district. He is the genuine best person for the job. Aaron understands what people need and hope for.
These times call for bravery in our representatives and Aaron has it. Many congressmen are often faced with the wishes and demands of their wealthy donors and political powerhouses, who only want you to do what you have been told. I believe Aaron has the integrity, desire, and moral compass to take a stand to address our problems and solve them.
Everyone everywhere is complaining about very high prices. I have lived here sixty years as an independent and never seen so much hope over a candidate who will do something about it.
Why is Aaron running for congress, probably out of kindness I suppose.
Please give Aaron your vote, we need someone who is quite remarkable to be our congressmen.
