It was a great day on top of Ackerman Hill in Wellsville at the new Tippy Top Liquor and Wine !!
Folks from all over visited the store, some for the first time, and were treated to a great car show, lots of family fun, and best of all some very cute puppies and kittens. The SPCA Serving Allegany County was able to raise funds and introduce some sweet young ones to our guests. Thank you to all who donated and supported our wonderful SPCA.
Dozens of classic cars, some great local food vendors, and the talented Anton Flint playing the hits made for a busy day at Tippy Top. Owners Robin and Jr. Green were overwhelmed with the crowds and response:
