The Village of Wellsville, Department of Public Works is presently accepting applications for the position of Water/Wastewater Maintenance Worker. Typical duties involve responsibility for the performance of semi-skilled work in the maintenance and repair of a municipal water distribution and wastewater system.
Candidates should have one year experience in the construction and maintenance of water or sewage lines or two years experience as a skilled worker in two or more mechanical trades, a valid NYS CDL driver’s license, and preferably hold a Class D Water License or the ability to obtain the License.
