The area community is warmly invited to an Open House at the Center of Solitude, 6095 Windfall Rd., Belmont, on Saturday, June 25, 1-4PM.
This retreat and meditation center rests on a 60-acre hillside of incredible beauty and serenity. Although operating for nearly a quarter century, the Center is little known locally and we aim for individuals and groups to discuss how they might benefit from its facilities and programs.
At the Open House, people can meet area teachers and take demonstration classes in both seated and walking meditation, haiku practice and chair yoga, and qigong and tai-chi,.
There is no charge or fundraising at this event, although free-will donations are gratefully accepted.
