The bear in the picture has a trap on his leg. The DEC will help but they need the public’s support. Please immediately report any sightings of this bear, he walks on three legs and still has the trap attached. He has been around the village of Wellsville Highland Ave area, wandering to Niles Hills and Ketchner Rd Wellsville.
