Ardent Solutions presents FREE workshop on February 24

From Ardent Solutions,

Ardent Solutions is pleased to announce Tending the Roots, a free, full‑day training designed to support faith leaders in strengthening trauma‑informed practices and fostering resilient, thriving communities. The event will take place on February 24, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Houghton University. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided at no cost to participants.

Pre‑registration is required and can be completed at:

Tending the Roots is intentionally crafted to deepen faith leaders’ understanding of trauma‑informed principles and highlight ways spiritual communities can nurture healing, connection, safety, and hope. The training will offer interactive learning, reflective dialogue, and practical skill‑building—equipping participants with tools to support individuals and families experiencing adversity, loss, and ongoing stressors. This gathering also explores the vital intersection of trauma, healing, and spiritual leadership, emphasizing the unique and powerful role faith communities play—especially in rural regions—when responding to emotional and communal challenges.

Houghton University provides a welcoming and mission‑aligned setting for this program, bringing together leaders committed to compassionate service and collaborative care. The presence, experience, and voice of each participant will contribute to the collective learning and shared purpose of the event.

Ardent Solutions encourages clergy, lay leaders, and members of all faith traditions to attend. Participants are also invited to share this opportunity with others in their networks who may benefit.

Additional details regarding schedules and materials will be sent to registrants in advance of the event.

Ardent Solutions thanks all faith partners for their dedication to enhancing the health and wellbeing of communities throughout the region. Tending the Roots offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and continue this critical work together.
