Thomas Lee Seamans, 83, left this world peacefully January 16, 2026, surrounded by his loving family at Cuba Memorial Hospital.

Thomas was born on July 14, 1942, in Olean NY, the son of Stanley and Pauline. He grew up in Andover, where he developed a strong work ethic and a deep love for his family. After graduating from Andover, he enlisted in the United States Army and served honorably during the Vietnam War.

Thomas went on to pursue a career in drafting, where he worked for Dresser-Rand until his retirement in 2018.

A loving husband to Lynentte, she predeceased him in 2022. He was a devoted father, always there to offer guidance, love, and a hearty laugh.

Thomas had many passions in life, including music where he played drums for Country Harmony over decades, Thomas also was a talented woodcarver and all-around artist.

He was known for his quick wit, and a quirky sense of humor which could light up any room.

He is survived by his children Andrew (Theresa) Martin (Michelle) Carie (Andrew) Brent (Connie), and 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss him dearly.

In addition to his parents, Thomas was predeceased by his two brothers Frederick and Theodore.

A Celebration of Life will be held on July 18th 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at the Maple Lawn Cemetery in Bolivar NY. Friends and family are invited to attend and pay their respects.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Kevin Guest house in Thomas L. Seamans memory.

Rest in peace, dear father. Your memory will live on in our hearts forever.
