HORNELL, N.Y. – State Police have identified the man whose body was recovered from the Hornell Reservoir earlier this week. Officials confirmed the deceased as 79-year-old Randie Brewer, a longtime resident of Hornell.
Brewer’s body was discovered by two fishermen, who immediately alerted authorities. Troopers reported that no evidence of foul play has been found at this time.
The investigation into the circumstances surrounding Brewer’s death remains active.
