From NYSERDA, New York State New Energy Plan

The New York State Energy Planning Board (Board), chaired by New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) President and CEO Doreen M. Harris, announces an additional virtual public hearing on the Draft State Energy Plan. The addition of a third virtual hearing complements the remaining in-person locations scheduled for Buffalo, Rochester, Albany, Poughkeepsie, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Stony Brook and a final virtual hearing on September 30.

The Board encourages New Yorkers to review the Draft State Energy Plan and consider attending and offering oral comments at these hearings. The comment period runs through October 6 and comments received during the public hearings and through written submissions made during the comment period will be given equal weight and consideration.
