🫀CHD Golf Tournament, hosted by Hearts For Isabella will be held at the Bolivar Golf Club located at 8212 County Rd 5c, Bolivar, NY 14715 on Saturday, Oct 4th 2025, starting at 9AM until finished.
Every swing and putt will help us raise vital funds – of which 100% of the benefits received will go towards research, treatment, and support for individuals and families affected by congenital heart defects in our local communities.
Please join us on the green and for making a difference in the lives of these brave heart warriors!
4 person Scramble – 18 hole Tournament
Members $35 / Non-Members $55 (p/person)
*This is a rescheduled Golf tournament, originally intended to be held during our ❤️🩹 4th Annual HeartRaiser Event held this past July, with the weather being a factor during that time in cancelling.
