As One Door Closes, Another Opens: Are you dreaming of owning your own coffee shop ?
From the Wellsville Creative Arts Center,
Wellsville, NY – The Wellsville Creative Arts Center is on the lookout for a visionary entrepreneur to take over its Art Center Café. Since its opening in 2006, the Wellsville Creative Arts Center has been a cornerstone of the local community, offering engaging art and music programs for all ages and skill levels. With its fully equipped kitchen and café, it has provided a welcoming space for students, guests, and the public to gather and connect. The café plays an essential role in enhancing this warm and welcoming environment

The Café represents an extraordinary opportunity for someone who has always dreamed of owning their own coffee house and café. Boasting a prime location within the vibrant Arts Center, it has a built-in clientele and is ready for a new chapter.
Since January of this year, Taren Drake has been running the café as her own business, calling it the Artful Cup. “It’s bittersweet to see Taren move on, but I fully understand that sometimes for personal reasons life leads us in new directions,” says Andy Glanzman, founder of the Wellsville Creative Arts Center”. Taren brought a lot of heart to the café, and while it’s sad to see her go, I wish her the very best always. At the same time, I’m excited for the opportunity this transition creates for a passionate entrepreneur to step in and make their own mark. As the say, “When one door closes, another one opens,” said Glanzman.
The Café’s inviting space is ideal for a coffeehouse and special events. It’s a blank canvas for someone to make their own. The large, inviting space offers endless potential, from hosting weddings, office meeting, workshops and parties to expanding services in innovative ways. The Wellsville Creative Arts Center team is eager to find someone who can see the potential of this community gem and turn it into a thriving business.
The Wellsville Creative Arts Center hopes this message will reach someone with the passion and vision to turn the Art Center Café into their own thriving business. If you know someone who’s ready to embrace this rare opportunity, please help spread the word!
