ALLEGANY COUNTY ANCIENT ORDER OF HIBERNIANS MAKES DONATIONS IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY

The Allegany County Ancient Order of Hibernians (AOH) continues to support our local community by announcing 2  donations to The Hart Comfort House ($500.00) in Wellsville as well as the Catholic Charities Joyce Family Food Pantry ($1,000.00) also in Wellsville.

Allegany County AOH President Matthew Cannon announced these donations that the Local AOH DivisionMade to these valuable Community organizations.   “Jim Campbell and his team at the Catholic Charities Food pantry provide much needed assistance to approximately 2000 people needing help providing food in Allegany County. Scott Swift and his volunteer team at the Hart Comfort House provide tremendous care to our community members that is much needed.   Our AOH Fundraisers with our Irish Road Bowling Event in June and our AOH Island Park car Show in September allow us to raise funds to help support both of these great local organizations.  Our 45+ members work hard to assist our local community and rural Allegany County Region”.

The local AOH Division will also be announcing additional local donations in the near future and we ask the entire community to support these 2 great organizations in the New Year!
