Potter County man arrested on nine charges in separate incident

Foster Township police say two men and a woman are facing felony riot charges stemming from a violent disturbance Saturday night in McKean County, PA. The trio was arraigned in court around 11 p.m. by Magisterial District Judge Richard W. Luther. Arrested and charged:
Joshua James Isaman, 19, Olean, NY
-Felony riot-intent to commit a felony
-simple assault
-recklessly endangering another person
– disorderly conduct/engage in fighting
-harassment with physical contact
Remanded to jail on 10% of $27,500 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for October 6th.
Arnold E. Sirline, 56, Bradford, PA
-Felony riot
-Felony aggravated assault-attempts to cause serious bodily injury or causes injury with extreme difference
-recklessly endangering another person
– disorderly conduct/engage in fighting
-harassment with physical contact
Remanded to jail on 10% of $52,500. A preliminary hearing is set for October 6th.
Claudia Nicole Sirline, 20, Bradford, PA
-Felony riot-intent to commit a felony
-simple assault
-recklessly endangering another person
– disorderly conduct/engage in fighting
-harassment with physical contact
Remanded to jail on 10% of $22,500 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for October 6th.
The law regarding these arrests in case you are not familiar:
§ 5501. Riot.
A person is guilty of riot, a felony of the third degree, if he participates with two or more others in a course of disorderly conduct:
(1) with intent to commit or facilitate the commission of a felony or misdemeanor;
(2) with intent to prevent or coerce official action; or
(3) when the actor or any other participant to the knowledge of the actor uses or plans to use a firearm or other deadly weapon.
Potter County Man Charged with nine count
A Coudersport man was remanded to Potter County Jail Sunday morning after being arraigned on nine counts. Coudersport-based State Police arrested Justin Allen Button, age 35. He was charged with
-Two counts of disorderly conduct/hazardous or physically offensive
-Disorderly conduct-engage in fighting
-Public drunkenness
– Harassment with physical contact
-Three counts of harassment- course of conduct with no legitimate purpose.
Arraigned by Magisterial District Judge James L. Hawkins, Button was remanded to jail and ordered back to court October 6th.
