The SPCA Serving Allegany County is delighted to announce the winners of the “Design an SPCA T-shirt” contest, held in celebration of our 5-year anniversary in the new shelter. The competition saw a fantastic turnout with over 100 creative and inspiring designs submitted by talented young artists from across our county.
