SPCA Serving Allegany County Announces 31st Annual Theme Basket Auction

Come to the Alfred State Wellsville Campus on October 17 and 18

The SPCA Serving Allegany County is thrilled to announce the return of Yellow Ticket Items at this year’s 31st Annual Theme Basket Auction, taking place Friday, October 17 (4–9 PM) and Saturday, October 18 (9 AM–4 PM) at the Alfred State Workforce Development Center on the Wellsville Campus.  This is a different location on campus than last year – there will volunteers happy to help you to the new parking area and building ~ just follow the signs and you will easily find us.

In addition to the hundreds of creative and generous basket donations from local businesses and community members, supporters will once again have the chance to win SPECTACULAR Yellow Ticket Items. Some of the exciting prizes this year include:

  • A Buffalo Bills Khalil Shakir signed & authenticated cleat
  • Stylish Michael Kors purses
  • The Wrecks $500 Prize Package
  • $250 cash prize from Seneca Gaming
  • $200 Wegman’s Gift Card
  • A Pittsburgh Steelers lithographed Cam Heyward picture
  • An Amish-built hunting blind
  • A Black Stone Grill from Brand Names Appliance

And that’s just the beginning—our White and Blue Ticket items, along with hundreds of themed baskets, will provide something for everyone!  The Children’s Corner and the popular Man Cave will be featured once again at this awesome event.

As always, our concession stand, Buck’s Diner, will be open both days, serving supper on Friday evening and lunch on Saturday. Come hungry, enjoy a meal or piece of pie, and try your luck at winning some truly wonderful prizes—all while supporting the lifesaving work of the SPCA Serving Allegany County.
