All bank operations will move to Highland Avenue

Employees of Community Bank in Wellsville have been notified that a major change is coming. The Main Street Wellsville branch located on the corner of Madison St. and Main Street will cease operations on September 12, 2025. The bank will continue to operate at the Highland Avenue branch.
Staffers were told that the consolidation will result in the elimination of jobs.
According to the last filing, there were approximately 12 employees assigned to the branch.
Community Bank, N.A. has not issued a public statement or press release on the closing or if the employees will be re-assigned or let go.
