25 year old self-employed father has an aggressive disease

We are the parents, Terry and Leigh Ann Gill, grandparents Diane and Mark Vossler, and in-laws Serge & Jen Savitcheff and Stephen & Katrina Vossler. Seth is 25 years old with a young family fighting a very aggressive testicular cancer that has spread. Seth is self-employed with very limited health insurance and is the sole income provider for his young family. His wife, Dakotah, is a stay-at-home mom with their 7-month-old son, Ryder.
