Michael T. Baldwin Reports

The pain at the pump is nearly crippling in the Pennsylvania. According to AAA, the national average has jumped to $4.84/g as of Sunday, June 5. However, the price per gallon in Pennsylvania is even higher, hitting $4.94/g a gallon. In Bradford and Tioga Counties, prices for a gallon of gas have reached $5 already in Bradford County, while Tioga still hovers around an average of $4.96.

In Wellsville, prices are lower because both the state and county have capped taxes. At Sheetz in Coudersport, the Monday price was $4.89 a gallon.
