A woman who was clearly in the midst of a mental health crisis was brought to safety by several government agencies on Sunday. On a homemade raft and refusing any help, the woman threatened law enforcement with dual blades. Ultimately the agents used a ‘fishing net’ to disarm the woman and take her to safety.
