Village of Wellsville sets public hearing for Coats Street housing development on May 30

A six unit complex is proposed in a mixed use neighborhood

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Village of Wellsville Planning Board will take place Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 6:00 pm at 23 North Main Street, Wellsville. The sole purpose of this meeting will be for the public to have an opportunity to make comments regarding construction of a six-unit townhouse on vacant land, tax parcel #225.20-1-60, located on Coats Street in the Village of Wellsville.
