Proceedings: Shawn Deahn was indicted on four felony counts, including a top count of Attempted Murder in the 2nd degree. Deahn is accused of stabbing his victim several times on August 11th in the Town of Genesee. He is currently being held in the Allegany County Jail pending prosecution.
